SandorJohn, a SpartacusYouthLeague spokesman, was arrested November22,1977 while distributing literature challenging the UniversityofIllinois ChicagoCircle campus ban. Campus police handed him to Chicago police; he was jailed for criminal trespass and actually released later that evening on $1,000bond.
