Biography

Named among four Toledo pickets arrested May 7, 1934 for deliberately defying Judge Stuart’s Auto-Lite/Bingham anti-picketing injunction. Attorney Edward Lamb secured bail. The May 11 hearing account says they were found guilty of contempt but no penalty was imposed because of a misconception; the parallel chronology calls the result dismissal, a wording discrepancy retained. Neither wording is treated as a new physical release day. The chronology also prints Pollock; he led the Lucas County Unemployed League.
