Biography
Sadie Mondell was one of the fur-market workers individually named as actually arrested in the July 26, 1928 Daily Worker. The report charges the three with disorderly conduct and says five-hundred-dollar bonds were put up; the original reads $500, not the OCR amount $600. It does not clearly specify whether the amount applies individually or collectively, nor independently state a physical gate-release day or completed detention. The previous-day wording indicates July 25 for the arrests. Source: https://www.marxists.org/history/usa/pubs/dailyworker/1928/1928-ny/v05-n176-NY-jul-26-1928-DW-LOC.pdf#page=5
