Biography

Rudolph Depiazzi was a worker whom the November 12, 1928 Daily Worker reports had actually been sent to Washington County jail after bringing a complaint against coal-and-iron police. It says he displayed to the grand jury a club police had broken over his head. This is a separate earlier jailing from the article’s Dan Lane case. No exact incident date, personal charge, court-cost amount, release or complete detention is supplied.
