RoyKeith was one of the Stearns coal strikers jailed amid the October1977 JustusMine picket repression. The December2 report says he was freed at doctors’ insistence with a possible brain injury after state troopers beat him while handcuffed. The medical diagnosis and abuse are reported allegations; exact arrest, physical discharge and total actual detention are unknown.
