Biography
Robbie Buller appeared February 18, 1986 for the prior December 28 Kings Bay trespass. After a no-contest plea was refused, Buller pleaded guilty, chose twenty days in jail instead of a fine, and was explicitly reported released after serving the sentence. Twenty actually served days are documented. Neither the exact first admission nor discharge day is printed; February 18 sentencing is not automatically the intake date.

December 28, 1985 Kings Bay arrest
The January 20, 1986 report describes the December 28 Kings Bay action and individually identifies Robbie Buller among twenty people taken into custody by Navy security. Nineteen received ban-and-bar letters and were released; Buller instead received a re-entry citation and an instruction to appear in federal court upon notification. The nineteen-person release statement is not assigned to Buller. This supplies the arrest date for the same case subsequently reported at the February 18, 1986 hearing. It does not establish Buller’s individual initial physical-release day or uninterrupted confinement between the December action and the later twenty-day served sentence. The already documented twenty actual days and later sentencing remain unchanged.
