Richie Bilello is individually named in the March 1973 Attica News roster of Attica uprising prisoner defendants. The roster links the person to indictment 5, 15, covering 34 first-degree kidnapping counts; coercion and unlawful imprisonment. The defense newspaper places these prosecutions in the political reprisals after the September 1971 prison uprising.
