Biography
Rafael López Rosa was a Nationalist leader imprisoned after the 1941 selective-service prosecutions. The thesis gives an imposed sentence of two years in prison and five years of probation for conspiracy to encourage violation of the law, with an additional non-registration count. It reports release before the end of 1942 and subsequent residence in New York, without exact physical gate dates. The imposed prison term is not counted as actual time served.
