Biography

Percy Brown was a Coverdale miner whom the August 17, 1931 Daily Worker names among three people arrested as suspicious persons while collecting miners’ relief in Pittsburgh. The report says they had also been arrested the previous day. These are repeated arrests, not evidence of uninterrupted custody across both days. Exact individual admission and discharge dates and completed time remain unknown. Source: https://www.marxists.org/history/usa/pubs/dailyworker/1931/v08-n197-NY-aug-17-1931-DW-LOC.pdf#page=1
