The Nuclear Resister No21, November 15, 1983, original page 7.

Individually reported anti-nuclear protest custody; forecast release and nominal sentence lengths are not treated as actual discharge or completed time. No demographic attributes, vital dates, unsupported name expansions or current custody status are inferred.

Paul Bloom is individually identified as one of three June 20, 1983 Livermore defendants. His first-person account says the prosecutor sought six more days in addition to eleven already served. Eleven is actual prior service and is preserved as a documented counter; the requested six is not an imposed or served term. The September 26 sentencing hearing does not establish its unreported final disposition or a physical endpoint.
