Biography
Patrick Malone, a veteran Rocky Flats anti-nuclear track-sitting protester, was arrested twice in May 1983. After the first arrest he was released on recognizance. After the second he was actually held for one week in Denver County Jail on $1,000 bond before arraignment, guilty pleas, suspended fines and discharge. The report does not print exact intake or discharge days; the one actual week is seven documented days, not an assumed period joining his separate 1978–1979 campaign.
