Biography
Patrick Diehl was individually identified among three men who actually spent two nights in jail after the December 3–7, 1984 anti-nuclear back-country protests at Lawrence Livermore Laboratory Site 300. The report says Diehl returned to the site and was arrested again on release. The three-person group is explicitly linked to Diehl; the later re-arrest is not assigned another unreported jail term. Exact individual admission and discharge days remain unprinted, and two nights are not converted automatically into two elapsed days.
