The thesis names Patricio Sanchez in the defendant list, then reports that Vigil and Sanchez surrendered after Gomez and Lopez. That context identifies Patricio; it is not a second arrest of the already-arrested David Sanchez. The charges concerned alleged conspiracy to disturb the peace and disrupt public schools, with failure-to-disperse and trespass allegations described in the group account. Potential penalties are not treated as sentences served. The source’s inconsistent chronology is not resolved by inventing exact dates, and no current confinement is implied.
