Biography
Otto Fiffe was one of three people arrested at a peaceful March 17, 1993 Miami picket outside Radio Mambí opposing the U.S. embargo of Cuba. The Militant reports a weapons accusation although he was a licensed security guard. The court took no action at an April 7 hearing, but charges could be revived; this was not a reported acquittal or physical release.
