Otto B. Reichelt was from New Jersey. Otto B. Reichelt received "a severe sentence" despite Department of Justice "skepticism as to the proof against Reichelt."
The New Jersey row records an eight-year sentence, commuted April 22, 1919 to one year and one day; actual departure at expiration is separately dated July 24, 1919. The table separately identifies sentencing, nominal judgment and circumstances of execution; no new jail admission or actual-service counter is inferred.

The presidential-clemency table in the 1921 Senate amnesty hearings records a sentence imposed October 4, 1918: Eight years in the Maryland State penitentiary at Baltimore. Commuted April 22, 1919 to one year and one day. A pardon, commutation, nominal expiration or parole eligibility is not itself evidence of the day of physical release; the imposed or reduced term is not a measured time served.
