Biography

The November 25 Philadelphia dispatch identifies anti-fascist youth Orlando Spartaco as sentenced that day by Judge McLevitt to two years in county prison after jumping on visiting Italian envoy Grandi’s car and shouting against fascism. The named sentence is a maximum nominal term; actual custody completion is unestablished. This identity is not merged with the separately recorded 1937 SWOC organizer Spartacio Alo.
