Biography
Sahilal Sarachandran, Nadarasa Yogarasa, Sathajhan Sarachandran, and Thiruthanikan Thanigasalam were involved in a conspiracy to provide material support to the Tamil Tigers by purchasing weapons from an undercover FBI agent.

Official identity and custody endpoint review October 13, 2026: The Bureau of Prisons' exact full-name lookup returned one Nadarasa Yogarasa, register 64074-053, age 72, with noncustody dated October 29, 2018, independently confirming the existing endpoint. The original January 22, 2010 DOJ announcement identifies Yogarasa at age 55, explicitly records that day's 14-year sentence and individually confirms the August 19, 2006 arrest. Original arrest, sentencing and endpoint dates are preserved; the later summary's different sentencing chronology is not substituted without evidence explaining it. The locator's generic avatar is not a prisoner photograph. Federal noncustody does not establish immigration discharge or the end of supervised release; uninterrupted custody from arrest and exact facility admission remain research gaps.
