Biography

The pamphlet identifies this woman only as Victor Campos’s wife. Pages 8–9 report that she, Campos and Exiquio Navarro were arrested after neighbors reopened the Campos home and restored the furniture following an eviction in Chihuahuita, Gallup. Their breaking-and-entering hearing took place April 4, 1935. Her given name, individual arrest and release days, and later outcome are not supplied; she is not identified with Julia Bartol or any named escape-charge defendant.
