Biography
Mike Lamm was arrested with Bay Area IWW and antiwar organizer Ed Stover in the 1970 raids described by the Chicago Anarchist Black Cross bulletin. The report associates their prosecution with arson, robbery, receiving stolen weapons and attempted murder, but does not allocate individual counts or verdicts. Lamm actually raised bail. It subsequently reports his death after jumping into San Francisco Bay and attributes his distress to continuing state and federal harassment; this causal claim belongs to the bulletin. Neither Stover’s sixteen-month pretrial custody nor his later sentence is assigned to Lamm. No exact death or physical release date is supplied.
