Biography
Arrested in Santurce before the 1950 uprising and committed to Río Piedras jail on orders of judge Belford Torres for automobile-law articles 15 and 16, with $200 bail on each count. The thesis records subsequent interrogation on October 28, without an exact discharge or final sentence.
