Biography

Meyer Fineman was one of four fur-market workers named as arrested in the July 26, 1928 Daily Worker. Unlike the other three, he faced a felonious-assault accusation and an increase in bail. The report gives neither his higher bail amount nor proof that it was furnished or that he was physically released. The previous-day wording indicates July 25 for the arrest.
