Biography
Mary Williams was a Philadelphia member of the International Labor Defense. Police arrested her during May 1932 on a warrant sworn out by a political informant who accused her of assault and battery. She was held under $500 bail.

The May arrest list gives no individual day or complete detention interval; bail is not an imposed prison term. This corroborates the existing episode without adding another case.
