The Nuclear Resister No.36, December 9, 1985, original page 8.
The reviewed issue documents actual political-protest imprisonment. No race, birth or death date, other identity expansion, exact release from a projected date, or current custody status is inferred. Only explicit actual completed days are entered as a documented subtotal; imposed terms alone are not counted.
The original individually names both women arrested July 16, 1985 for wheat planting at CSOC and expressly says they were held in jail after refusing to sign an appearance promise. This establishes actual intake, beyond the action date alone. Ten days later a judge ordered release, but the execution of that order is not separately reported; no July 26 actual release is invented. The existing later December 2 sentencing and documented ten days remain unchanged.
