Biography

Mansuri Manuchekhri was arrested in Brooklyn on February 26, 2025. Federal prosecutors allege that he facilitated more than $50,000 in payments to ISIS-affiliated people, praised ISIS attacks, collected violent propaganda, trained with firearms, and committed immigration fraud. His motions were still being litigated in 2026; he remains detained pending trial, and the allegations have not been proved.

This photograph does not establish the truth of the pending criminal allegations.

Original complaint: identification and custody-date limits

The February 25, 2025 complaint and FBI affidavit in United States v. Manuchekhri, No. 25-MJ-64 (E.D.N.Y.), explicitly identifies the defendant as Mansuri Manuchekhri, also known as Mansuri Manchekhri and Manysher (PDF pp. 2, 4). It requests an arrest warrant and alleges material-support conspiracy, prohibited-person firearm possession and immigration fraud; these remain allegations, not findings of guilt. The affidavit’s filing and sworn date of February 25 are not an executed-arrest or jail-admission date and do not replace the independently recorded February 26, 2025 arrest. This source supplies no birth date, sentence or release date. Its paragraph 30 explicitly identifies the shooting-range photographs on PDF p. 16 as depicting the defendant; it does not establish that the pending allegations are true.

Complete docket copy: warrant return checked

A second DOJ-posted copy of No. 25-MJ-64 contains all 24 docket pages, resolving the page-count question raised by the 22-page copy reviewed earlier. PDF p. 23 is an arrest warrant issued February 25, 2025; its return section, including the actual arrest date and place, is blank. Page 24 is an unfilled personal-identifier form and supplies no date of birth. These pages do not establish a February 25 arrest or replace the independently recorded February 26 arrest and admission. No release date or sentence is supplied.
