Lamar Taylor, 23, was charged with arson after allegedly setting fire to a Chicago Transit Authority van during a 2020 protest in response to the death of George Floyd. Sentenced to 26 months federal prison.

The February 25, 2021 ATF release reports Lamar Taylor as 23. That places birth in 1997 or 1998; c. 1998 is an age-derived estimate, not an exact birthday. The age belongs to the 2021 charging report, not automatically to the May 2020 incident.
