Biography

Joseph Isakovich, also printed as Joco Isakovich, was arrested in the Youngstown deportation investigation described in the 1920 congressional case summary. The entry reports his acknowledgment of Communist Party membership and a membership card with dues paid to January 1, 1920. Officials recommended deportation, but proceedings were stayed for reopening in six months, with parole ordered if he was not already out on bond. This conditional order does not establish actual posting of bond or a physical release day; six months is a review interval, not a custody total.
