The November 2018 Migrant Justice complaint alleges that ICE agents seized García Díaz’s Coalition of Immokalee Workers identification card and Vermont Driver Privilege Card during his April 21, 2016 interrogation, and had not returned either document when the complaint was filed. It quotes his arrest paperwork identifying him as a prominent public Migrant Justice member. These are the plaintiffs’ allegations and descriptions of records, not a finding of liability; the already verified custody dates remain unchanged.
