Biography
Jordan Magde Ferrand-Sapsis, then 24 and living in Oklahoma City, was arrested after the May 1, 2010 anti-capitalist May Day demonstration in downtown Asheville, North Carolina. Ferrand-Sapsis was among eleven defendants charged in connection with property damage during the demonstration. She was released on bond on May 5, 2010. Prosecutors later dismissed the charges without leave.
