Biography
Jon M. Williams was a Detroit Black Panther Party assistant breakfast program coordinator. The newspaper reports police detention in a raid on the party’s breakfast program, followed by release within four hours after the Wayne County prosecutor declined to issue warrants. The date of the clipping is not supplied, and an exact arrest day is not inferred.
