Biography
John Clark was jailed during a 1969 Baltimore Panther confrontation with police. The Party reported the defendants being held pending bail.
The appendix identifies a BLA prisoner John Clark killed during an attempted escape from Trenton State Prison on January 19, 1976. The event is death in custody, not release to freedom. The report also prints fellow inmate Clark Squires; that spelling is compared with established Sundiata Acoli/Clark Squire rather than creating a duplicate from a final letter.
