Young Oglala man indicted with Leonard Peltier in the June 1975 Pine Ridge FBI-agent deaths case; The Black Panther Vol. 15 no.11 (1976). The charges against him were later dropped.
The COINTELPRO Papers separately reports Eagle’s assault conviction and six-year sentence, followed by parole in mid-1977; the FBI-agent murder charges were dropped.
