Biography
Jim Weinberg of Bonner, Montana, entered the R-29 Minuteman III missile-silo site near Great Falls on June 21, 1983 as part of Silence One Silo. He pleaded no contest, received three months with all but fifteen days suspended and a $250 fine, and was actually jailed in Cascade County Jail. The July 7 report still described his custody and expected release July 8 after payment. July 8 is a forecast, not actual discharge, and the fifteen unsuspended days are not automatically a completed served total. June 21 dates the silo entry; the article does not separately print the arrest, court or physical jail-admission day, so those structured dates remain blank.
