Jason Robbins, 30, ARA/Antifa member; LOVE Park 4 co-defendant in the July 23, 2007 FBI SUV damage. Convicted only of disorderly conduct via plea bargain. A contemporary report in Defenestrator states that the four defendants spent approximately 27 hours at Philadelphia’s 9th Police Precinct after the July 23, 2007 arrests before being released on bail. This was pretrial detention, separate from the later disposition without a prison sentence.

The LOVE Park defense committee’s Summer 2009 update identifies Larry Krasner and Paul Hetznecker as defense lawyers and reports a May 12 hearing before Judge Frank Palumbo on the prosecution’s appeal from Judge Marsha Neifeld’s order to disclose the identities of two undercover narcotics officers. The update says Palumbo took the matter under advisement and requested further briefs. The anticipated June 16 decision was a future event, not an established outcome.
