Biography

Jacob Milner was a Seattle peace activist involved since 1998 with the Ground Zero Center for Nonviolent Action in Poulsbo. He was a crew member in a 2000 Meet the Fleet protest and regularly picketed the Iraq war in Lake Forest Park from December 2002. The 2004 scholarship profile reproduced in the February 2005 Grandmothers for Peace newsletter reports his arrest at Bangor on Martin Luther King Day and actual confinement in a juvenile detention center. The printed year is incomplete (200), so no exact year, arrest date, release date or custody length is invented.
