Biography
Ioannis Viglakis (Pablo), a Greek arms dealer age 52, was arrested in Panama for attempting to sell rocket-propelled grenade launchers and other weapons to a DEA informant posing as a FARC representative. Pleaded guilty; 120 months federal prison.
