The appendix names Harold Simmons among four people actually arrested December 27, 1973 at 377 Broadway in an alleged plan to obtain corrections blueprints and reach the Tombs through sewers. It separately describes an April 17, 1974 attempted outside rescue, but does not establish another arrest that day. The 1973 arrest is not automatically the same episode as his or her later imprisonment; its release and disposition remain unknown.
