Separate May 1969 prosecution and future sentencing
The May 4, 1971 Statesman reports Glenn Kissack, then described as twenty-one, pleaded guilty the preceding Thursday to harassment, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass arising from the May 1969 campus disorders. It says an interfering-with-governmental-administration count and a second harassment count were dismissed, and Judge William Perry scheduled sentencing for June 11. Fifteen days on each violation was maximum exposure, not an imposed or completed sentence. The relative Thursday is April 29 in the issue’s calendar, but June 11 was still prospective. This is not silently merged with the separately stored March 11, 1969 arrest and February 20, 1970 sentencing before Judge John Coppertino. No physical jail admission, release or later imposition for this May case is supplied, and the historical age is not an exact birthday.
