Biography
Gabriel Parrilla Fontánez was a 22-year-old Puerto Rican nationalist sought as a draft delinquent during the Korean War. FBI agents and Puerto Rican police went to arrest him in Barrio Obrero, Santurce, at about 6:22 a.m. on November 13, 1952. After he fired at officers from his home, tear gas forced him to surrender. His arrest and entry into custody are documented, but the available record does not establish his release date or final sentence.
