Biography
G. T. Bryant was a twenty-year member of the Socialist Party at the time of his arrest and a state organizer for the Farmers and Laborers Protective Association of Texas. G. T. Bryant came from Ranger, Texas. He was sentenced to six years in prison and sewed in Leavenworth Penitentiary. His wife and two children suffered extreme poverty because of Biyant's imprisonment.
The March1922 official report lists G. T. Bryant in List1 of convicted prisoners or parolees. The government entry reports Conspiracy to overthrow and destroy by force the Government of the United States. a sentence of December 13, 1919, 6 years, Leavenworth.. Imposed terms, projected term-expiration dates, parole eligibility and intervals on bond are different measures; none is entered as a complete actual custody total.
