Biography
Frank Washington is named as arrested on October 15, 1970, over a fight at a Black-owned business on October 13. The chronology does not print an individual statutory count. It later names Washington among the February 1971 reindicted defendants. The United Front of Cairo chronology presents these prosecutions as part of racist repression of Black community organizing.
