Biography

Frank Scorry, thirty-four, was a New York cafeteria striker who chose an actual ten-day jail commitment instead of paying a twenty-five-dollar fine. The May 21, 1929 report distinguishes his case from those of other strikers. It does not independently establish completion of ten days or an exact physical discharge.
