Biography

The Cairo chronology reports two distinct arrests of Frank Hollis: January 21, 1971 on two charges of purchasing weapons without a gun-owner identification card, and February 12 on an allegation of stealing a rifle from the Chicago National Guard armory. The United Front of Cairo chronology presents these prosecutions as part of racist repression of Black community organizing. This is the defense publication’s account; it does not establish an individual final discharge or a complete custody duration.
