Frank Albert was one of three workers named on page 3 of the Daily Worker, October 15, 1931, as arrested and held under 5,000-dollar bail after the New Kensington hunger march. The October 14 dispatch on page 1 dates the police attack to the preceding day, October 13. The march sought immediate unemployment relief.
