Original stalking complaint and non-custodial interview chronology
The original Southern District of Florida complaint, case24-MJ-6613-HUNT, was sworn by FBI Special Agent Taylor Nicklin before Magistrate Judge Patrick M. Hunt on December 28, 2024. It charged stalking under 18 U.S.C. §2261A(2)(B) for alleged conduct on or about December 22–25, 2024. This is the original probable-cause allegation, not a conviction or a substitute for any later indictment. The affidavit describes a December 25 vehicle stop and surrender of firearms, then expressly calls the December 26 interview non-custodial. Neither that stop nor the interview independently proves jail admission. The December 28 sealing order ran until arrest or further order; it is not an executed arrest warrant or booking return. The December 30 filing header in case1:24-mj-00075-MAL records filing in that docket, not a proved first day in jail. Existing separately stored arrest, admission and later-case details are left unchanged rather than being derived from these filing dates. The packet supplies no release date, birth date or death date.
