Flora Martin was arrested while picketing a north-end New Bedford mill gate on the night before an August 14, 1928 dispatch. The August 15 Daily Worker names the charge as loitering, giving an inferred August 13 arrest day. It supplies no personal physical-release date, imposed term or complete custody duration.
