Activist serving a two-year term for conspiracy and harboring an escaped federal prisoner, listed by Amnesty International among U.S. political-prisoner cases in The Black Panther Vol. 17 no.21 (1977).
By November 1977, Kutas was completing her two-year conspiracy and harboring sentence at a federal halfway house in Oakland. Amnesty International included her among the United States cases it was investigating as political imprisonment.
