Biography
Emmett James Doyle is one of the Minnesota 15, a group federally indicted in June 2026 over organizing and demonstrations opposing Operation Metro Surge and immigration enforcement in the Twin Cities. The indictment treats a series of meetings, rapid-response monitoring, blockades, and protests as a conspiracy to impede federal officers. Prosecutors associated the defendants with Direct Action Minnesota and antifascist organizing; defense lawyers and the Minnesota 15 support campaign describe the case as an effort to criminalize protected organizing. The charges remain allegations, and the case is pending.
