The Central District of California’s calendar for January 30, 2026 lists United States v. Emiliano Garduno Galvez, CR 25-00519-AB, for sentencing before Judge André Birotte Jr., with Assistant U.S. Attorney Jenna Wrae Long and Deputy Federal Public Defender Elena Rose Sadowsky. The calendar marks him as in custody. This identifies the prosecutor and counsel at the scheduled sentencing stage; the calendar by itself does not establish that the hearing occurred or a particular sentence was imposed. The separately documented sentence and custody dates remain unchanged.
