Biography
The March 1973 Attica News individually names Edward Kowalczyk among five prisoners in Attica HBZ or A-block segregation allegedly beaten in January, February or March 1972. It describes proceedings to enforce an injunction against brutality and continuing prison harassment. No particular one of those months is assigned as his individual assault day, and the underlying offense, first admission, release and full duration remain unknown.
