Devon Bryce Poland, 22, was charged in Cleveland, OH with co-defendant Brandon Michael Althof Long for the same conspiracy — they traveled from PA to participate in Cleveland riots with a vehicle containing a hammer, fire-starters, a glass liquor bottle, and a Glock. Case dismissed March 2021.

The June 8, 2020 Tennessee Star report explicitly identifies Long on the left and Poland on the right and credits the Cuyahoga County Sheriff Department. This crop retains the right portrait from the original news composite, removing the other person, unrelated evidence photographs, and decorative panels.
